The user manual for the AAS SD/HD/3G-SDI Video, Power, & Data RS-485 HD-SDE-VDK provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Surveillance - Surveillance Video - Video Transmission - Signal Extenders.
The SD/HD/3G-SDI Video, Power, & Data RS-485 Transmission over Coax Kit from AAS includes the HD-SDE-VDT Transmitter for connecting to the camera and the HD-SDE-VDR Receiver for connecting to the DVR. This transmitter-receiver pair is designed to extend SD-SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G-SDI signal transmissions over coaxial cables. This kit supports 14 types of SMPTE-compliant HD formats (1.485 Gb/s, 1.485/1.001 Gb/s). Plus, they also equalize and re-clock the input video signal and distribute it to 2 identical channels. The transmission distance can be easily extended up to 600’ (200m) for HD-SDI video signals.
