Hi, I'm having trouble accessing Netflix since March 19th. I keep getting an error message which states, Problem acquiring license 0X8004C01A. Please advise what I should do ? Thank you....

I should clarify, the charge point is on the side of the battery itself. Plug in the charger here and carefully wedge the battery inside the marley box with the charger still in the battery. Then turn it on, this works for me....
