This X40/25 2500/4000W HMI System with ALF & DMX Electronic Ballast from Arri includes the X40/25 HMI lamphead, barndoors, a frosted glass diffuser, a 50' head/ballast cable, and an ALF & DMX electronic ballast.
The X40/25 HMI lamphead can light large areas with daylight-balanced light. Wide beam angles of up to 125° allow flat surfaces such as buildings or scenic backgrounds to be lit evenly with a short throw. For further control of the light, this system includes barndoors and a frosted glass diffuser.
The included 2500/4000W multi-voltage electronic ballast features Automatic Line Filtering (ALF), which reduces noise, and lessens color shift, when dimming the fixture. It has integral DMX-50 protocol, for use with appropriate control boards and dimmer packs. A 50' head/ballast cable is also included to power the lamphead.
