The B150M-K Motherboard from ASUS is designed to fit in cases that support a micro-ATX form factor. The 8.9 x 7.2" B150M-K supports 6th Generation (Skylake) Intel Core i7, i5, i3, Pentium, and Celeron processors, the LGA 1151 socket, as well as the Intel H110 chipset. This motherboard supports Windows 10 (64-bit), 8.1 (64-bit), and 7 (64 and 32-bit).
The micro-ATX form factor of the B150M-K has 2 x DIMM slots that can support up to 32GB of non-ECC unbuffered DDR4 RAM, as well as dual channel memory architecture and Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules. The supported memory speed is 2133 MHz. The B150M-K has a total of 6 x SATA III 6 Gb/s ports, 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 slot (x16 mode), 2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x1 slots, 6 x USB 3.0/2.0 ports (4 at the back panel, blue, Type-A, 2 at mid-board), 6 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (2 at the back panel, blue, Type-A, 4 at mid-board), and 2 x PS/2 ports. Using the Realtek ALC887 8-Channel High Definition audio codec, it can support 8-channel HD audio with jack detection and front panel jack retasking.
The B150M-K has integrated Intel HD graphics support with 1 x DVI-D and 1 x VGA/RGB output. The DVI-D and VGA ports can both support a max resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz. The integrated graphics can use up to 1,024MB of shared memory and also supports Intel InTru 3D, Intel Quick Sync Video, Intel Clear Video HD Technology, and Intel Insider.
The B150M-K has also been designed with LANGuard, overvoltage protection, DRAM overcurrent protection, DIGI+ VRM, ESD guards, a stainless steel back I/O, UEFI BIOS, Fan Xpert, AI Suite 3, and more. This motherboard is protected by a limited 3-year warranty and includes an I/O shield and 2 x SATA III 6 Gb/s cables.
