The NVB5X-WPT Night Vision Biocular from ATN is a dual-ocular NVD designed for intermediate to long-range recreational observations. This configuration of the NVB5X features ATN's White Phosphor Technology (WPT) intensifier tube. WPT tubes transmit a black and white image, and they are capable of resolution and signal-to-noise performance that rival Gen 2 intensifiers. This WPT tube features Bright Light Cut-Off and Automatic Brightness Control, which help to maintain optimal image brightness as well as protect the tube and the operator's eyes from excessive light exposure.
