Aimed at collaborative studio teams, the ISIS 1000 Workflow System Kit, from B&H, features the ISIS 1000 20TB 2RU rackmount-ready storage system, four 3.4 GHz Quad-Core tower workstations, four hard copies of Avid Media Composer 8, a 12-port 10-Gigabit Ethernet Switch, and extended hardware coverage for the ISIS system.
ISIS 1000 is an entry-level storage system designed for independent editors, audio post professionals, and smaller post-production houses. It offers real-time editorial collaboration and the bandwidth you need to accelerate any media workflow. Additionally, advanced file management enables you to work with Avid and 3rd-party systems, with data protection, flexibility, and scalability.
ISIS 1000 features ten 2TB 7200rpm media drives totaling to 20TB of which 14TB are usable. It has redundant, hot-swappable SSDs for system configuration and ISIS metadata management, and 10-Gigabit network connection for management and client access.
The included tower workstations feature Intel Xeon 3.4 GHz Quad-Core processors and 8GB of RAM each (upgradeable to 32GB).
