This Bushing from Beneath the Surface fits into a 2/5" / 10mm threaded mounting hole and provides a 1/4"-20 threaded mount on the other end--effectively converting the 10mm mount into a standard 1/4"-20. This 10mm thread size is found in the two mounting holes on the top of select Nauticam underwater camera housings.
