The Benro S7 Video Head supports camera rigs weighing up to 15.4 pounds and is equipped with a 65mm flat base for attaching directly to tripods, monopods, sliders, and other camera support equipment with a 3/8"-16 threaded stud. It can also be adapted to 75mm bowl type legs and hi-hats using an optional half ball adapter. It features a 4-step counterbalance system to help you counter the weight of your rig or heavy lens, and continuous pan drag adjustment so you can dial in the right amount of tension for each shot. The pan and tilt locks operate independently of each other and are located on the operator side of the head for easy access and control. The head has tilt range of -50° to +90°.
Your camera attaches to the S7 head via an included Manfrotto 501/504PL compatible sliding quick-release plate. Also included is an adjustable length pan bar handle, which can be mounted on either side of the head. Additional features include an illuminated bubble level and two 3/8"-16 threads for attaching optional accessories such as a monitor or recorder.
