It offers an extra 2” (5cm) of adjustability/balance when used with the CameraRibbon Quick-Release Adapter on all CameraRibbon Rig QR type models. This dovetail plate also allows for a rapid change from rig to tripod. It is compatible with the Manfrotto 577 Style Rapid Connect Adapter.
