The Zoom Eyepiece for Regal M2 Spotting Scopes from Celestron is compatible with Regal M2 65ED, Regal M2 80ED, and Regal M2 100ED Spotting Scopes. It features fully multicoated optical elements packaged in a barrel with a textured zoom dial, a long eye relief, and a twist-up eyecup. This type optical anti-reflection coatings increase light transmission and delver brighter images with better contrast compared to similar optics with fewer coatings. This zoom eyepiece features the Celestron XLT optical coating technology which allows up to 97% of light through and provides the highest possible transmission for your optical system.
This eyepiece is meant to be used easily for both viewing and digiscoping. To serve both of these goals, the eyepiece has a 20 mm long eye relief with a twist-up eyeguard and compatibility to your SLR camera. When you find a perfect view and ready to take a photo, simply connect your SLR camera to the eyepiece via an optional T-ring and T-adapter.
