The Germanium Tone Control by Chandler Limited uses both active and passive EQ circuitry along with the Germanium amplifier to deliver an extremely versatile yet musical EQ with an overall fat and smooth tone. All bands feature inductor based circuits and the low frequency section has selectable Pultec and Lang interactive curves or a standard low frequency pass filter. The upper frequency section features active treble and presence bands which are designed to emulate the classic British EQs from the past.
