The Cool-Lux Micro-Lux On-Camera Light CamPack DV Kit includes the Micro-Lux on-camera light, 35W DC lamp, waist pack power pack with wall charger, XLR cable, and shoe mount adapter. The Micro-Lux is a rugged, very compact and lightweight light featuring a riser-type mounting bracket. This bracket attaches the light 2" above the camera, decreasing the common bomb blast and red eye effects. It also features a built-in glass diffuser that allows even light distribution.
For power, the Micro-Lux light has a 2-pin XLR input connector allowing you to connect the included power pack using the included XLR cable. The power pack is supplied with a U.S. wall outlet charger that connects into an XLR output on the power pack. Other than the power pack, the light can also be powered by other power supply packs or brick batteries using the included XLR cable or optional converter cables. The light supports connection to 12V, 13.2V, and 14.4V batteries.
