The Wireless AC1200 Dual Band Gigabit Cloud Router from D-Link features enhanced wireless dual band performance as it supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. Allocate less data intensive tasks such as web browsing and email to the 2.4GHz band while keeping more data intensive tasks to the faster, less congested more efficient 5 GHz band. Along with dual band functionality you benefit from 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards compatible with nearly all Wi-Fi enabled devices. The included 802.11ac standard provides dual band data speeds of 300 Mbps and 867 Mbps.
Along with enhanced Wi-Fi connectivity, you can plug in up to four Ethernet enabled devices for a reliable wired gigabit speed data connection. This D-Link wireless router also comes equipped with one USB 2.0 port allowing you to connect either an external hard drive or USB printer. One connected, you can share your files and printer throughout your network with SharePort mobile. Along with SharePort Mobile, this D-Link router is also compatible with QRS Mobile and mydlink Lite applications. Once configured, you can then secure your network with WPA / WPA2 encryption standards.
