The Datavideo PD-2 Power Distributor is designed to provide 400 W of steady power for mobile studio applications such as LCD monitors, video recorders, talk back systems, and a video switcher among others. For inputs, the unit accepts either a 3-prong AC power chord or two 12V 200 W DC power connections. A power button turns the unit off and on, and a power source input select switch allows you to choose either AC or DC. For outputs, the devices features four 12 V 3 A XLR DC female output connectors, two 12 V 5 A DC XLR female connectors, and two 12 V 10 A XLR DC female connectors. A row of LED indicator lights on the front panel indicate the status of the 7 DC outputs.
