View and capture in video and still images everything your DTG2 underwater ROV sees beneath the surface with this Hand-Held Digital Video Recorder from Deep Trekker. The DTG2 transmits a live video feed from underwater to topside, but does not provide the means to record the video, so the DVR is offered to serve this purpose. The unit features a 2.4" color LCD monitor and records 720 x 576 resolution video at 28 fps on the included 32GB SDHC memory card. The built-in, high-grade, internal AGC microphone enables audio recording for voice-overs. Additionally, an IR remote control unit enables you to wirelessly operate the DVR.
The device offers continuous recording capability and has a motion detection mode, too. It also features an overwrite function and regulated playing speed, and gives you the option to delete files and reformat the SD card right from the intuitive menu. Benefit from time and date stamp overlays on every frame, as well. The DVR is configured with a USB port for connection to a computer, as well as an AV-in port for connecting the included AV cable from the DVR to the RCA video output jack on the ROV controller.
