User manual for the Elektron Analog Rytm - 8-Voice Drum Computer ANALOG RYTM
The user manual for the Elektron Analog Rytm - 8-Voice Drum Computer ANALOG RYTM provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Musical Instruments - Drum Machines.
The Analog Rytm from Elektron is an eight-voice drum machine that marries the sounds and sensibilities of analog generated sounds with digital samples. Each voice accesses dedicated analog circuits, fine-tuned for generating specific analog drum sounds. For additional flexibility, each voice can also be combined with customizable samples. Multiple tools are available for shaping the sound, with every voice having its own analog multimode filter and analog distortion circuit. Reverb and delay send effects add additional shaping possibilities, and an analog compressor and analog distortion on the master channel apply the requisite vibe to the final output. The twelve back-lit, velocity and pressure-sensitive drum pads provide a quick way of creating rhythms without stifling spontaneity. The built-in step sequencer allows for manipulating sounds on a per-step basis. The combination of drum pads and step sequencing gives both instant results and the opportunity for detailed editing.
Overbridge is a software extension that allows for the use of Elektron's analog hardware as a plug-in within a DAW. Design sounds on-screen using an intuitive and dedicated plug-in, or use the knobs and keys on the Analog instrument, or do both at the same time. Enjoy precise synchronization and automation. Use the strengths of the Elektron sequencer, and the software sequencer to get the best of both worlds. Available now for Ableton Live but future updates will include other platforms.
