The Elite P2MP Plus Wi-Fi Wireless Access Point from Elmo allows you to display live teaching material with digital content and distribute lessons in real-time to every student in a 1:1 classroom. This point to multi-point Wi-Fi wireless access point distributes the information via the Elmo Circle Hub router (included) and can connect up to ten devices.
Live teaching material, including any digital content, is displayed from the teacher's host computer and sent out via the router (requires installation of included host software). The router then sends the live lesson through a private, secure Wi-Fi network. The lesson can be displayed in real-time on up to ten mobile devices (Android or iOS with the Circle Viewer App installed). The viewers can only see what you want them to see: the P2MP disables other Wi-Fi connections while in use to ensure all students and audience members are focused.
You can present live teaching material from the Elmo document camera (sold separately) or digital content on the host computer, which maintains an Internet connection so that online content can be shared as well. Audio/video clips can be uploaded and played on mobile devices.
