Capture video over, under, or near the water's surface with your Canon EOS C100 Cinema Camera in the compact V100 Underwater Housing from Ewa-Marine. This enclosure has a depth rating of 32.8' and uses a corrosion-resistant clamping rail seal to keep your valuable investment safe and dry. Easy access to all camera controls is provided right through the clear laminated PVC body. The housing also features a dedicated slot for the camera's monitor, allowing you to access it easily and adjust it to the preferred angle.
The V100 housing has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass port, which accommodates lenses with a maximum length of 145mm and a filter thread size of 77mm. The supplied adapter ring mounts onto a lens of this size, fixing the front element of the lens to the interior of the port to hold it securely in place. Optional step-up and step-down rings from Ewa-Marine and other manufacturers, such as Ewa's CA82 adapter, will allow for the use of lenses with smaller or larger filter threads. An optional custom-built housing with a larger front port measuring 128mm in diameter is required for lenses with larger filter threads than 82mm, such as Canon Cinematic, Zeiss Prime, and large non-EOS lenses.
For adjusting buoyancy, the housing features straps at the bottom that allow optional weights to be attached. The V100 is delivered in a yellow carrying case with a waterproof interior.
