This kit includes a burgundy Fitbit One Activity Tracker and a black Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale. The One Activity Tracker records the number of steps you take, stairs climbed, distance traveled, calories burned, and more. The Aria measures and records your weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), lean mass, and body fat percentage. The Aria also remembers up to eight individual users, so whenever you step on the scale, it recognizes you and displays your body composition statistics.
Both devices can wirelessly sync your data to a compatible smartphone and computer, which can then be viewed on Fitbit's website and mobile app. The One uses the included wireless dongle to connect to your computer and syncs via Bluetooth to your compatible smartphone; the Aria connects to your device wherever there is a Wi-Fi connection.
