    The mouse pad holder slides in and out. I saw an allen wrench that came with the stand but can't find where to use it. Any help is appreciated....

    Is the upper see-thru part of the base removable? I have mounted the two monitors on a two monitor stand and I need to get the two upper parts of the base out of the way. Plus it looks strange with them sticking down....
