The SA-01 W DJ B Workstation DJ Bag from Fusion-Bags is designed to hold a 15" laptop, a DJ controller (such as the Akai APC40, Numark iDJ, or Kontrol S2 / S4), and various accessories. This bag is made from robust rip-stop material with a PVC backing, which makes it water resistant. A rain cover is included to help you keep the bag dry and clean. For all-round protection of your gear, the entire inside of the DJ Mix Bag is padded with 0.8"-thick high-density foam. The SA-01 W DJ B can be carried in two ways: you can either use the padded backpack straps, which equalize the load on your back, or you can hide the straps away in the rear padded compartment and carry the bag by the sturdy shoulder strap.
The Workstation DJ has a removable "audio bin" which is fully padded with a velvet interior, and ideal for storing cables, hard drives, or an interface. The bin has lift-out carry loops to remove it from the bag, leaving space for larger equipment to be carried. There is also a removable padded controller sleeve. If your controller is too wide to fit into the sleeve, you can remove the sleeve, prop your controller against the audio bin, and zip up your bag; your controller will still be protected by padding on all sides. The zip-away system allows you to fully unzip the whole bag to "unfold" your mobile office / workstation easily and conveniently. This system also prevents damaging your controller's delicate sliders and buttons while unpacking, since it enables you to lift the controller from the sleeve instead of pulling it out.
