BFD Marching Drums from FXpansion is a drum sample expansion pack for the company's BFD3, BFD Eco, and BFD2 acoustic drum software, featuring marching band drums and percussion that can be used for swapping into drum kits, creating street-style percussive grooves, and more.
The snares offer crack and punch while the four sizes of tonal bass drums deliver enhanced low-end. Other instruments include hand cymbals, quad marching toms, and bonus percussion sounds such as a brake drum repurposed from an old Cadillac. The collection of samples was recorded by John Emrich using his experience in studio engineering, and as a former chief musician in the US Navy Band.
