This bundle packages the VIRB XE action camera with a package of mounts for attaching it virtually anywhere on your bike, including handlebars, seat posts, and roll bars, as well as other tubes such as rifle barrels, ski poles, and more. A helmet strap is also provides so you can capture video from more of a POV perspective, whether riding your bike or participating in other sporting activities.
The VIRB XE offers a variety of resolutions in addition to 1080p60, including 1920x1440 video at 30 fps, 720p video up to 120 fps. It can capture wide-angle 12MP photos at up to 30 fps; additionally, it can also snap stills while recording video or be configured for interval shooting. To help keep your shots steady, the VIRB XE uses integrated motion sensors and electronic image stabilization to reduce camera shake and blur when you are traversing tough terrain.
To go beyond mere video capture, the VIRB XE features G-Metrix technology, which enables you to capture not only the moment but also your performance data, environmental readings, and more. Overlay G-Metrix data over your video to showcase speed, acceleration, temperature, heart rate, and more. For remote monitoring and operation, the camera is equipped with Wi-Fi, ANT+, and Bluetooth connectivity, letting you pair it with compatible mobile devices or the separately available VIRB Remote.
Engineered to be rugged, the VIRB XE is designed to be waterproof up to 164' without an additional dive case or protector. In addition to the bundled Cycling Combo Mount, Small Tube Mount, Large Tube Mount, and Vented Helmet Strap, the VIRB XE comes with flat and adhesive mounts and is compatible with a wide range of separately available mounts.
