Comprising four essential neutral density filters, the General Brand 40.5mm 5-Piece Neutral Density Filter Kit enables greater control over exposures to suit working in various lighting conditions. Three solid ND filters are included, ranging in density from 0.3 to 0.9, to provide a reduction in exposure from 1 to 3 stops. The soft-edge graduated ND 0.9 filter, conversely, affords a 3-stop reduction of exposure across a portion of the scene, making it ideally suited for working with a bright sky and darker foreground. Each of these filters is constructed from optical resin for durability and maintained image quality and is set within an aluminum ring. Rounding out this selection of four filters is a filter pouch for protecting and carrying the filters.
