The C profile Series 1-5 Aluminum Extra Long Quick Release Plate from Gitzo is specifically designed for wildlife, sports and action photography. It allows you to finely balance your equipment on the support for a more precise shooting position. It is an ideal complement to the Systematic Head GH5380SQR, the Series 3 Centre Ball Head GH3780QR and other Gitzo equipment compatible with C profile QR plates. The plate includes 2 screws for both 1/4" and 3/8" sizes. In this collection, Gitzo unified some 1/4" and 3/8" attachment plates into a single code including 2 screws for both 1/4" and 3/8" sizes. Having two screws available for each attachment size is recommended for long plates, when heavy equipment or long lenses are used. As a general rule, it is preferable to always use the biggest possible attachment. Even when the smaller screw needs to be used, it always guarantees a high safety standard. All Gitzo bolts and screws are made of steel.
