User manual for the Gra-Vue MVIO HDDEM-4AUD 4-Channel Balanced Audio MVIO HDDEM-4AUD
The user manual for the Gra-Vue MVIO HDDEM-4AUD 4-Channel Balanced Audio MVIO HDDEM-4AUD provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Professional Video - Signal Processing & Distribution - Embedders & De-Embedders.
The MVIO HDDEM-4AUD 4-Channel Balanced Audio De-Embedder from Gra-Vue is a half-rack 1RU standalone audio de-embedder which extracts two user selectable stereo pairs from the SDI stream and outputs four balanced audio signals. DIP switches are used to select the audio group you want to de-embed and the de-embedding mode you want to use (e.g. following input channels, crossing output, mixing output). The unit features automatic input format detection and supports the following formats: 625i50, 525i60, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 1080p. It also features two mirrored SDI loop outputs so that video can be delivered to two downstream destinations without requiring a separate distribution amplifier.
The MVIO HDDEM-4AUD will pass SD and HD resolution signals, and supports bandwidths up to 1.5 Gb/sec in HD-SDI. The de-embedder provides automatic signal equalization for long cable applications (up to 328' over Belden 1694A). This improves the signal quality and reduces signal loss caused by long distance transmission of the input source. The LED lights indicate the status of input signal and power supply. This de-embedder also supports SNMP and can be real-time managed and monitored via the XIO NET, an optional network management module, via Ethernet.
