User manual for the ikan 47" Camera Slider SLD-47
The user manual for the ikan 47" Camera Slider SLD-47 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Professional Video - Tripods, Supports & Rigs - Camera Sliders.
Add cinematic dolly type shots to your shoots with the 47" Camera Slider from ikan. The slider allows you to make smooth linear camera movements without requiring a large dolly or track. Suitable for use with a camera and fluid head combination that weighs up to twenty pounds, the slider provides you with approximately 47" of portable linear camera movement. The aluminum track bed features removable adjustable rubber support feet so you can set up your slider on flat or nearly flat surfaces. The track bed incorporates seven sets of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes spaced along the length of the bed that you can use to attach the track bed to a tripod or other support.
The included slider carriage features four bearings and rides along the two 6mm diameter stainless steel rails in the track bed. The carriage stays captive, allowing you to create horizontally angled dolly shots, or even flip the track bed to undersling the set up if you need. The carriage features a 3/8"-16 threaded mounting screw and ikan recommends mounting a flat base fluid head to the carriage for additional axes of movement for your camera. The item comes complete with hex keys and a carrying case for storage and transport.
