The user manual for the Ikelite AF35 Optical TTL Secondary Strobe Kit 4035.2 provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Photography - Underwater Photography - Strobe Lights.

Brighten the underwater world and benefit from the ability to add a second strobe to your photography setup, thanks to this Ikelite AF35 Optical TTL Secondary Strobe Kit. It bundles one AF35 wireless strobe with a support tray that also holds an optional second AF35 or other flash. This version of the kit includes an anodized aluminum tray with greater durability than a hard plastic one. The tray also adds just the right amount of weight for optimal buoyancy.

The AF35 strobe has a built-in slave sensor that is triggered by the firing of your camera's flash and varies power automatically to replicate TTL exposure. This sensor is positioned to provide the most reliable strobe triggering possible. Manual control is available as an alternative to TTL replication. The AF35 features a depth rating of 295', which is greater than that of many housings. It offers a power rating of 35 watt-sec, a daylight-balanced color temperature of 5700K, and a coverage angle of 70°, or 80° with the supplied diffuser. Additionally, the built-in flex arm can be bent in different directions to different degrees, allowing for various lighting angles and positions.

The dual tray fits Ikelite ULTRAcompact and Compact Digital housings, as well as most compact housings from Canon, Olympus, Panasonic, and Sony. The supplied mounting hardware enables you to attach the Ikelite housings with 12-24 mounts and the non-Ikelite housings with 1/4"-20 mounts. A rubberized handle provides a comfortable grip while supporting the flex arm and strobe.
