The housing's large, ergonomic mechanical controls provide access to all camera functions except the flash switch and mobile device connection button.
Expand your system by adding an optional AF35 AutoFlash wireless slave strobe, which replicates TTL exposure and can be mounted next to the housing on the grip of your tray. The housing is also equipped with two ports for the connection of fiber-optic cables. Built for durability, the enclosure is designed, made by hand, and tested in the USA. It's manufactured from corrosion-resistant polycarbonate, which is clear to allow you to monitor the o-ring seal and maintain a full view of the camera. The integrated flat glass lens port has a 3.0" diameter, and accepts optional, external wide-angle and macro add-on lenses.
Canon's PowerShot G7 X Digital Camera features a large, 1", 20.2MP High-Sensitivity CMOS sensor and DIGIC 6 image processor for high-resolution stills, High-Speed AF, 6.5-fps continuous shooting, and full HD 1920 x 1080/60p video. Additionally, an ISO up to 12,800 enables clear shots even in low-light conditions. Also contributing to low-light performance is the fast f/1.8-2.8 lens, which has a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 24-100mm to cover a variety of situations. The camera is equipped with a multi-angle, 3.0", 1040k-dot touchscreen LCD. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity with NFC allows for instant image transfer to linked mobile devices, which can also be used to control the camera remotely.
