Shed some light on what lies beneath the surface with the Vega Video + Photo Kit for Underwater Lighting with Australian Charger from Ikelite. This package bundles a Vega LED Video + Photo Dive Light, Australian charger, low-loss diffuser, ball mount, and flex mount set. The light has a depth rating of 300' and is useful for video, macro photography, focusing, and backup illumination. It outputs up to 2200 lumens at a 5700K color temperature. The default beam angle of 65° can be widened to 100° via the supplied diffuser.
Output can be reduced to 1100 or 550 lumens via the dial on the rear of the light. A secondary off position with lock prevents the light from accidentally turning on. The Vega runs for up to 45 min on high power or 180 min on low with its built-in li-ion battery, and includes a 100-240VAC Australian charger with a power cord.
Six LED indicators on the back of the light display power level and remaining battery life, and are bright enough to be seen during the day but remain unobtrusive at night. Additionally, the light features 46mm front threads enabling the attachment of the supplied low-loss diffuser or optional filters. The Vega can be attached to virtually any 1" ball, 1/2" flex, or 3/4" flex arm system using the included ball and Loc-Line style flex mounts. You can also purchase the optional, lightweight Vega Flex Arm, which includes mounts for any Ikelite tray, release handle, or DSLR housing's top mount. The Vega lighting kit is designed, built by hand, and tested in the USA.
