I checked the web-site and it states that it's normal for the first couple of times of use for the material to stretch appearing that there's a leak. I called the 800 number and useless. I asked about a manual and she giggled and said they don't have any manuals. She did tell me to turn the valve to the middle once inflated, we'll see. | | Reply |
