This SF-NXK Kit Quick-Release Plate from Jobu Designs is an Arca-type compatible quick-release plate that is included with the Heavy Duty MK IV gimbal head, and can be purchased as a replacement plate for that head, or as a standalone QR plate. It has a rubberized surface to prevent camera twist, and two safety stop screws to prevent accidental release from a clamp. A 1/4"-20 to 3/8"-16 bushing is included to adapt the mounting screw.
