The eyepiece adapter replaces one of the 23 mm eyepieces on your microscope on one end and provides a receptacle for the FlexCam 2 on the other end. To soften the illumination light and to obtain images with better contrast, place the included diffuser into the eyepiece. If you have a stereoscope, which has a wider eyepiece, you will also need to use the included stereoscope adapter ring.
