The VM-92 9-Channel Multi-Mode Video Distribution Amplifier from Comprehensive/Kramer is a high-performance multi-mode distribution amplifier designed to manage composite video, S-video (Y/C), component video (YUV), and RGBS video signals. It can be set to manage various distribution configurations: 9x1:2 composite, 4x1:2 s-Video (Y/C), 3x1:2 component (YUV), or 2x1:2 RGBS.
A bandwidth capacity of 500MHz (-3dB) ensures optimum picture quality. Each channel offers selectable input signal termination and EQ (peaking) controls. Each channel also features a looping input that can be used to create additional distribution configurations: 1:18 composite video, 1:8 S-video (Y/C), or 1:6 component video. The unit is designed for placement in standard 19" racks, but could also be used as in a standalone installation.
