The MultiView II AK600DP-232 UTP CATX Receiver from Magenta Research supports the extension of 1920 x 1200 resolution video and serial signals up to 600' (183m) over standard CAT5, CAT5e and CAT6 cables. It also features AkuComp II skew compensation, which provides up to 62 ns of delay per color channel and is adjustable in 1 ns increments via a simple knob.
Compatible with all MultiView building block components, this receiver features improved sync management and handling, streamlined fourth pair options for serial, and an all-external configuration scheme that gives users total control over the unit. As a result, this product is easy to set up and adjust, and is good at replicating 1080p (and higher) high-resolution video.
The built-in daisy chaining capability allows the unit to be part of a chain of up to 12 compatible MultiView receivers. With distance equalization based on digitally controlled Complex State Variable Filter technology, the AK600DP-232 Receiver delivers high image and sound quality across the entire supported distance range.
