The Miracube CMT-2000 Stereoscopic 3D Rig mounts 2 cameras and offers a multitude of adjustments required for 3D movie recording. With the convergence control, the rig enables you to define a point of sharp focus for your 3-dimensional movie. You can manually adjust the camera distance with a left/right movement knob. The stereoscopic rig also offers disparity control with 2 simultaneous power-adjustable camera disparity range of 3.3 to 13.85” (82 to 352mm). The mounted cameras can be moved together or alternately in a parallel direction.
A LANC Controller is available for controlling 2 cameras, which provides you various functions like Simultaneous Camera Control, LANC REC/STOP, ZOOM in/out, and POWER. The rig supports Sony DCR-HC9 under LANC Control Support and also any normal camera (5kg within HDV or HD Camera, RED, EX3).
