User manual for the OConnor 30L Carbon Fiber Tripod System C1251-0011

The user manual for the OConnor 30L Carbon Fiber Tripod System C1251-0011 provides necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Professional Video - Tripods, Supports & Rigs - Tripods & Accessories - Tripod Legs.

The OConnor 30L Carbon Fiber Tripod System consists of their 30L 2 stage carbon fiber tripod legs, a removable mid level spreader and 3 rubber feet that snap over the legs' dual foot spikes. The system works with tripod heads that have a 100 mm ball, such as OConnor's 1030D and 1030DS. The tripod legs weigh only 8.8 pounds, yet they can support 209 pounds of weight and extend from a minimum height of 22.0" to a maximum height of 61.8" when using the included mid level spreader.

The mid level spreader and individually adjustable legs allow you to set up the tripod on rocky, uneven terrain and even on stairs, and the mid level spreader design avoids the stresses and instability that a ground spreader can cause when working on uneven surfaces. When working situations require it, the spreader can be detached individually from each leg and the dual spikes at the end of each leg provide a solid anchor point when working on soft ground. The removable rubber feet snap onto the dual spikes for working inside or on slippery surfaces.

The legs feature lever locks for quick and secure clamping. A built-in leg clip on an elastic cord pulls out and wraps around the legs to secure them together when the legs are not in use, then retracts out of the way when the legs are in use. The legs also incorporate a carry handle into its design. These features simplify transporting the 30L tripod system to or from a shoot.
