The Panasonic HC-W850E Twin Camera Full HD Camcorder is a Full HD camcorder that features a secondary, "B-angle" sub camera built-in to the flip-out LCD display. It is designed for European video standards, and is not compatible with NTSC broadcast systems. The camcorder can record 1920 x 1080 50p video and features a push-button slow-motion capability that can record slow-motion video in HD resolution at up to 100 fps, and interpolate it to 200 fps.

The camera features a back-illuminated MOS sensor for improved low light capabilities, and a 20x optical zoom lens with 5-axis image stabilization. The sub-camera is mounted on the flip out LDC screen, and swivels independently of the LCD screen, allowing you to record yourself, while still using the screen to see what the main camera is recording. The camcorder features built-in Featuring Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity that allows you to stream your videos, and wirelessly control your camera.
