The user manual for the Pelco R400 Rack Mount Kit R400 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Furniture & Racks - Brackets & Mounting Kits.
The Pelco R400 Rack Mount Kit is specifically designed to allow the physical connection of two Pelco MPTAZ24DT, MPTAZ115DT, or MPTAZ220DT pan/tilt and lens controls into one rack mount unit. This low cost kit is easy to install. It consists of a front strap, a back strap, and a rack body that will combine to integrate any two compatible components into a single rack mount unit. One blank filler plate is also supplied for the unused section. All sections have slotted tabs that are sandwiched between the chassis, faceplate, and rear plate of each unit. After installation of components, the assembly can be installed in any standard rack mount, occupying a single rack space. The hardware used to secure rack ears to rack is not supplied by the manufacturer.
