The Point Source Audio CM-iX Headset Microphone Assembly with Earphone Installation Tool and XLR-5F Connector For Telex Systems is a modular intercom headset assembly designed for concert venues, front of house operations, multimedia production, and other professional trades that rely on convenient two-way communication systems. The headset requires the installation of user-selected earphones (not included) and allows for three different listening modes. Instead of having to remove the entire headset to check sounds in the environment, the user can simply remove one or both of the earphones.

The earphones slide into the channel around the neckpiece of the headset, and the cable is secured using the included tool.
