The M450 can connect to Polar's free web service and mobile application, Polar Flow, via the built-in micro-USB port (cable included) or using Bluetooth Smart (formerly LE). Additionally, the M450 is equipped with 64MB of flash memory, which translates to 35 hours of recorded activity. Its built-in rechargeable battery is designed to last up to 16 hours on a full charge.
