The Polaroid 55mm Pro UV Protector Filter is a general use, clear filter that helps to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the bluish cast of daylight. This Pro version features a slim mount only 0.2", or 4.5 mm thick for use on wide-angle lenses without vignetting.
The UV filter is also useful as a general protective filter to leave on a lens at all times. Image quality is maintained due to the use of high-quality Schott glass in this filter.
