Able to function as either a standard shoe mounted unit or a wireless slave, the PL-ASF18 will vastly increase your lighting capabilities. It is automatically triggered by the camera's flash and can be set to multiple modes in order to ignore pre-flashes from metering or red eye reduction settings. Additionally, it runs on 2 AA batteries and comes with a mounting bracket.
