BIAS Amp Desktop Professional from Positive Grid is a guitar amp emulation plug-in that takes the genre beyond regular modeling. The plug-in is fully customizable, allowing the user to easily create amp models by swapping out the tubes, preamp, transformer, tone stacks, cab and microphones to create custom amps and a unique signature sound.
Amp Match Technology is used to analyze and compare a currently selected BIAS amp model and the sound of a target tube amplifier, along with the accompanying cabinet and microphone used to capture its sound. It then executes the tonal compensation and enhancements needed to make the user's amp sound to accurately match that of the target tube amplifier.
Glassy, Crunch and Insane Amp Expansion Packs are included along with the ability to share and download artist and user designed and matched amps right from inside Positive Grid's ToneCloud.
