User manual for the Pulsar Edge 1x21 3rd Gen Night Vision Binocular PL75102
The user manual for the Pulsar Edge 1x21 3rd Gen Night Vision Binocular PL75102 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Optics - Night & Thermal Vision - Night Vision Binoculars.
The Edge 1x21 3rd Generation Night Vision Binocular from Pulsar features a 3rd generation thin film night vision intensifier tube with resolution of 57-64 lp/mm and a lightweight water and dust resistant glass-fiber reinforced nylon housing. The optical system offers a 27mm focal length lens, a 40° angular field of view, 8" minimum focus, a 25mm eye relief and +4 to -4 dioptric adjustment. When compared to 1st generation and 2nd generation intensifier tubes, the 3rd generation intensifier tubes offers highest image resolution and brightness. If you are observing your target in complete darkness, where there is not enough natural infrared illumination, you can use the integrated infrared illuminator to improve image visibility. The monocular operates using two AAA batteries.
You can use the binocular as a handheld device or you can connect it to the included compact head mount. For prolonged observations, you can also mount it on a tripod with a 1/4"-20 mount. To allow you to take it anywhere, the water and dust resistant housing is made from durable and lightweight glass-fiber reinforced nylon composite. The battery compartment cap, diopter ring, and focusing ring are knurled to ensure comfortable slip-free adjustments even when wearing gloves. Also included with the monocular are a carry case and a shoulder strap.
