Monitor your heart rate wirelessly with the Runtastic Heart Rate Combo Monitor. This monitor uses Bluetooth Smart wireless technology to transfer your heart rate data to your smartphone's Runtastic app. Keep track of your data with Runtastic's original PRO app as well as the Runtastic Road Bike PRO and Mountain Bike PRO apps. An activation code for the PRO app is included with the monitor.
The Heart Rate Combo Monitor also transmits via a 5.3 kHz signal, which allows it to work with 5.3 kHz-equipped cardio equipment, such as treadmills and elliptical machines. The device ceases transmission when removed from the washable band to conserve the user-replaceable battery, which lasts for approximately one year depending on usage.
