Illuminate coral, parrot fish, and the other undersea treasures with the YS-D2 Strobe Lighting Pack with Sea Arm 8 from Sea & Sea. This bundle includes the SS-03117 YS-D2 Flash, the SS-SA8CD Sea Arm 8 Compact Digital Set, the SS-50128 Fiber-Optic Cable II/M, and the SS-50109 Strobe Mask Set, giving you a complete underwater lighting setup to reach depths of up to 330'.
The YS-D2's controls feature a rotary magnetic power switch, light level control dial, and a 2-step LED target light of 100/300 lumens as an aid to focusing. The strobe has a guide number of 32' at ISO 100 or 20/24 respectively with the supplied 100/120 diffusers. The light has a native color temperature of 5600K and a beam angle of 80 x 80° or 5250K and 100 x 100°/120 x 120° with either of the diffusers in place. The unit is powered by four optional Alkaline or NiMH AA batteries, and it is equipped with three TTL circuitries: DS-TTL II, Slave TTL, and manual mode, with or without pre-flash. It offers a DS-TTL II exposure compensation range of -2 to +2 EV, or you can benefit from manual exposure control in 11 steps. An illuminated rear control panel makes the YS-D2 ideal for night diving, while an audible confirmation setting provides automatic, sound-based TTL and ready light confirmation, allowing you to keep the attention on your subject.
