It supports large capacity drives (tested with up to 4TB 3.5" and 1TB 2.5" drives), which enables you to enhance your computer's storage/backup capabilities. The hard drive dock offers eSATA or USB 3.0 host connections (3 Gb/s, 5 Gb/s bandwidth respectively), and is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 (up to 480 Mb/s) connections to the host computer. To simplify HDD installation and swapping drives in and out of the dock, this docking station features a top slot-loading design, for easy access.
