Capture video day and night with the PRO-970 Professional All Purpose Security Camera with Night Vision from Swann. The lens has a wide-angle 6mm focal length and a 45° viewing angle. Combined with the camera's TruColor imaging sensor, the lens helps to produce clear and sharp images. This camera captures color video during the day, and switches to black and white video at night. With 36 built-in LEDs, it can capture video within a range of 115' in darkness.
Depending on the features of a compatible pentaplex DVR that you connect to the camera, you can program this camera to record continuously, at scheduled times, or when motion is detected. You can also use your DVR to define motion sensitivity settings and event triggers. Depending on how you configure your DVR, when motion is detected, it can send an email alert to you. If you're not interested in recording video, you can opt to connect the included BNC cable and RGA adapter to a TV or monitor for live-viewing and playback.
Rated IP66, this camera's housing is protected from dust and harsh environmental elements like rain and snow. A cable management bracket, power adapter, and mounting hardware are also included to facilitate setup and installation.
