You can also monitor, control, and configure your INSTEON systems remotely from a web browser wherever Internet access is available. Firmware upgrades, a built-in realtime clock, and X10 support features are offered for keeping your controller continuously up-to-date. As a plug-and-play device, the controller does not require installation software and includes two 3' Ethernet cables for an easy setup. This standalone home automation controller does not need a dedicated computer for operation, but does require an INSTEON serial PowerLinc Modem.
